    • Where are your packages shipped from?
      - We have strategically placed several DOCIB Fulfilment Hubs across the 7 emirates in UAE. Once you place an order it is automatically sent to the Fulfilment Hub closest to your delivery location. The order is packed and shipped from said Hub to your delivery location.

    • How can I track my shipment?
      - We partner with Lyve delivery to fulfil all our logistics requirements. You will receive a text message with the order tracking ID on your registered mobile number. You can use this code to track your order on

    • How much will shipping cost?
      - Shipping is charged at 8 AED for order below 50 AED and free for all orders above 50 AED

    • Can I change my delivery address?
      - You can update your delivery address before dispatch, and we will deliver it to your latest updated address. If you want to change delivery address after dispatch kindly contact us at support@docibonline.com.
