• Customers can exchange or refund items within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Customers need to return the products in its original packaging and condition. With tags attached, unworn or unused. Along with the original purchased recipe.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, there are certain item category that is not eligible for return. i.e. Cosmetics/personalized items.. etc.

  • When the return is approved, we issue refunds through the same method of payment as the original payment method. and credit the refund amount to your Credit Card that you made payment with.
  • Note that your Bank or Credit Card issuer can take 2-15 more business days to process the transaction.
  • If you did not receive the refund after 15 days, check your Bank Account again before contacting your Credit Card company.
  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours. They will get their refunds back to the payment solution they used.
  • Customers can return the items they purchased during sale or promotions period. but it will lose the promotional discount. And it will be adjusted against the shop per-piece rate of the products.
  • For Voucher and Gift Card payment, only product exchange is possible. They are non-refundable and you cannot exchange it for cash; in part or full.
  • Customers will be responsible to pay for their own shipping costs for returning the items. The cost will be deducted from the refund.
